360° Business Health Assessment

Service Description

In combination the action plans a business has in place to manage and measure the performance of its Business Drivers - its 5 ducks - are its business strategy. We work collaboratively with Clients to appraise the performance of each Business Driver and to identify and define any challenges or potential issues. In other words - identify which ducks are in row and which are not. The 360° Business Health Assessment provides a high-level report for the differing Business Drivers to include: - Sales & Business Development - Financial Performance - People & HR Strategy - Business Risk Management & Compliance - Operations & Infrastructure The reports uses a simple traffic light scoring system to give a clear picture of current performance and is intended to provide that "different perspective". A Client may then wish to progress to a more detailed investigation and appoint Miller-Brown Consulting Ltd to conduct a full 360° Business Health Audit or Partial Audit focussed on a specific Business Driver depending on the results of the Baseline Assessment. Thereafter the Client may like to consider the strategic goals for the business leading to the generation of a Scope of Work to be actioned by Miller-Brown Consulting Ltd.
