We will work with you to refine your sales ambitions, clarify your sales plan and set targets then communicate this to the individuals directly responsible for achieving these within the timeframe agreed. We will work with the business to reappraise the specific actions it uses to achieve those sales targets – its sales strategies and tactics. We will discuss the segmentation of the client base and review the management of differing customer segments such as referrals and renewals, the opportunities available to upsell or cross sell and the marketing of new products or to new customer segments. We will undertake a review of pricing and promotions within the organisation giving due attention to rebate/discount structures.
